Happy Birthday BayWa! This year’s anniversary is more an opportunity to celebrate the company. It's about celebrating the people behind it. Community and solidarity are cooperative values deeply rooted in BayWa's genes.

Numerous employees are celebrating their 40th anniversary with the company this year. Some have even been with BayWa for 50 years! In a number of families, already the grandparents and parents have been employed at BayWa. We have customers who are loyal to us in the second, third, fourth generation. And we do have shareholders who are more than happy about the constantly increasing dividends.

Because we honor tradition, BayWa as a basic supplier is still deeply rooted in Bavaria. Because we have always driven change throughout our company's history, we are now at home on five continents with almost 25,000 employees. Because we move with the times, BayWa is one of the market leaders in solar and wind power and an important shaper in the future fields of agriculture, construction, energy and mobility. How could one say it more clearly: Where worlds meet!
